Davao Exchange exists for the convenience of the users and not for that of the mods and admins, comments and suggestions are widely encouraged.


The Following are items which cannot be posted on this site and will be subject to immediate deletion:

1. Adult, Pornographic, Offensive and Racist Materials
2. Items which are defined as Illegal or regulated by the Philipppine Government
3. Stolen Materials
4. Internet affiliate, Internet referral marketing items or Internet based ad clicking/viewing schemes

User agrees that Davao Exchange may monitor/divulge user transactions/messages for the sake of maintaining this policy.
User agrees that Davao Exchange may not be held liable for any problem/discrepancy/loss of income that occurs due to buyer and vendor disagreement or misunderstanding/site unavailability/post moderation by admin or moderator/others
User agrees that Davao Exchange has no obligation to mediate disagreements between buyer and seller.
User agrees that Davao Exchange will not be held responsible for enforcement of warranties or agreements between Users.
User agrees not to post any item that goes against posting policy
User agrees that his/her access to this site is on the sole discretion of Davao Exchange and may be revoked at anytime without need for explanation nor justification.
User agrees that Users and Moderators opinions posted on this site are solely their own and may not reflect the general position of Davao Exchange unless stated otherwise by the Site Admin.
