Davao Exchange supports wholely the propagation and upliftment of the Davao Internet Community in anyway possible.

Davao Exchange promotes the policy of caveat emptor (buyer beware) in the Buy & Sell Section
Davao Exchange exists for the convenience of the users and not for that of the mods and admins, comments and suggestions are widely encouraged.


The Following are items which cannot be posted on this site and will be subject to immediate deletion:

1. Adult, Pornographic, Offensive and Racist Materials
2. Items which are defined as Illegal or regulated by the Government
3. Stolen Materials
4. Internet affiliate, Internet referral marketing items or Internet based ad clicking/viewing schemes (pay to click, pay to surf etc)
5. Spam (ex. SEO related posts, promoting your items in the forums or in other users posts, duplicate posts, etc)
6. Pirated Media (DVD Movies, Software, Games, etc)
7. Downloading service for playable media (music, video, etc)
8. Items that breach trademark, intellectual property and copyright laws

Posting Policy

1. Post your item once
2. Post only in the correct category
3. Buy and Sell posts which can be classified as having an offer to sell or buy any material or service must be posted
only in the Classifieds section of the site. Items like these posted in the discussion forums will be deleted.

User acknowledges Davao Exchange to be the term to encompass the site's : owners, officers, directors, administrators, moderators and employees.
User acknowledges that he/she is of legal age and is legally in a good mental capacity to post in the Buy & Sell forum.
User agrees that Davao Exchange reserves the right to delete any post which it deems offensive or contrary to policy without need for explanation.
User agrees to conduct himself in an upright and orderly manner.
User agrees to not use foul, provocative, lewd, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory statements or language when using this site.
User agrees to respect the opinions/posts of other people. Negative posts on other users will not be tolerated.
User agrees to not use text or SMS language when posting in order for other users to understand the message that they are conveying.
User agrees to acknowledge the source of any copyrighted material
User agrees that Davao Exchange may disclose any user information when requested by other Davao Exchange users due to a valid complaint, legal warrant or on the discretion of Davao Exchange.
User agrees that Davao Exchange may monitor/divulge user transactions/messages for the sake of maintaining this policy.
User agrees that Davao Exchange may not be held liable for any problem/discrepancy/loss of income that occurs due to buyer and vendor disagreement or misunderstanding/site unavailability/post moderation by admin or moderator/others
User agrees that Davao Exchange has no obligation to mediate disagreements between buyer and seller.
User agrees that Davao Exchange will not be held responsible for enforcement of warranties or agreements between Users.
User agrees not to post any item that goes against posting policy
User agrees that links to other websites from any part of Davao Exchange are completely independent and not endorsed by Davao Exchange and therefore makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or authenticity of the information contained in any such site.
User agrees that they must evaluate and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content posted in Davao Exchange, that User may not rely on said Content, and that under no circumstances will Davao Exchange be liable in any way for any Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed or otherwise made available via Davao Exchange.
User acknowledges that Davao Exchange does not pre-screen or pre-approve Content posted on this site posted by other users adding further to its lack of liability to what user content have been posted.
